আমি রৌশন আক্তার শিলা সমাজে এক জন সফল নারী উদ্যেক্তা ও সমাজ সেবী হিসেবে পরিচিত মুখ। আমি নোয়াখালী মহিলা ও শিশু উন্নয়ন সংস্থার সভানেত্রী ও নোয়াখালী টেকনিক্যাল ইনস্টিটিউট এর চেয়ারম্যান, সমাজরে অবহলেতি নারী ও প্রতবিন্ধীদরেসহ প্রান্তকি এলাকার সুবধিা বঞ্চতিদরে কল্যাণে শক্ষিা ও স্বাস্থ্য সবো ও পরবিশে রক্ষায় বৃক্ষরোপণ কাজ অব্যাহত রয়ছে।ে এছাড়াও র্দূযোগ বন্যা চহ্নিমূল নারী ও শশিুদরে স্বাস্থ্য, শক্ষিা সচতেনতা মূলক প্রশক্ষিণ ও সভা সমেনিার বষিয়ে কাজ অব্যাহত রয়ছে।ে উক্ত প্রতিষ্ঠানটির অধীনের বিজ্ঞান প্রযুক্তি কারিগরি ও বভিন্নি সমাজকল্যাণ মূলক প্রশিক্ষণের ক্ষেত্রে দুই যুগেরও বেশি বিনামূল্যে, অর্ধ মূল্যে হাজার হাজার নারী পুরুষকে কারিগরি প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান করে আসছ। প্রশক্ষিতিরা দেশ ও বদিশেে কর্মমুখী হচ্ছে এবং দেশের সামাজিক ও অর্থনীতিতে উন্নয়নের অবধান অব্যাহত রয়েছে।
এ বিষয়ে গত জাতীয় যুব দিবস ২০১৪ উপলক্ষে উপজেলা প্রশাসন সম্মামনা সনদ ও ক্রেস্ট প্রদান করেন। এবং একজন সফল উদ্যোগী নারী হওয়ায় আমি ২০১৯ সালে উপজলো, জলো ও বভিাগীয় র্পযায়ে শ্রেষ্ঠ জয়িতা হয়ে ক্রেস্ট ও সনদ প্রাপ্ত হই।
